Thanksgiving Turkey Reservation

Pre-order your Thanksgiving turkey from Country Meat Market. Available raw or 1954 BBQ Smoked.

Turkey choices (flat price per bird):

• Raw small, 10–16 lb raw weight: $45
• Raw large, 20–24 lb raw weight: $75
• Smoked small, approximately 6–9 lb finished weight: $65
• Smoked large, estimated approximately 12–15 lb finished weight: $105

Prices are flat per bird, not per pound. Raw sizes are raw weights. Smoked sizes are finished (cooked) weights; they are estimates and actual finished weights vary. The large smoked range is projected from a 62.14% batch yield and has not yet been tested on larger birds.

How it works:

1. Reserve your turkey with one of three payment options:
   • $25 deposit to reserve. Non-refundable.
   • Pay half now. Non-refundable.
   • Pay in full now.

   The raw small turkey ($45) offers the $25 deposit or full payment.

2. If you paid a deposit or half: it is credited toward the flat price. The remaining balance is added to the same order and must be paid online before you pick up.
3. Pick up at Country Meat Market on a day between November 11 and November 25. You choose your exact day later; we confirm it with you before pickup.

Pickup days: Wednesday, November 11 – Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Sunday pickup (November 15 and 22) to be confirmed.
Pickup hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
