How do I reserve a turkey or ham?
Choose your item on the Holiday Table page, pick a $25 deposit, half now, or pay in full, and check out. Prices are flat per item, not per pound.
When and where do I pick up?
Monday–Saturday, November 11–25, 9 AM–6 PM, at Country Meat Market, 2308 E. Front St., Tyler. We’re closed Sundays. You choose your exact day later; we confirm it with you before pickup.
I paid a deposit or half. What happens next?
The remaining balance is added to the same order and must be paid online before you pick up. Deposits and half payments are non-refundable.
What’s the difference between raw and smoked?
Raw birds and breasts are ready for your own recipe; their sizes are raw weights. Smoked items are prepared by Tip Top and their sizes are finished (cooked) weights, which vary a little from bird to bird.
Can I add a Country Meat Club bundle to my order?
Yes. Add a bundle to the same cart as your holiday order. Bundles are packed to order and we text you when yours is ready.
Do you ship?
Not yet — shipping is coming soon. For now, holiday orders and Country Meat Club bundles are picked up at the market.
