4 bacon-wrapped specialty filets — pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in our own hickory smoked thick cut bacon, 6 oz each.
5 lb of bone-in pork chops — number of pork chops included will vary, as each is cut to approximately 1/2 in thickness, custom requests must be made in person.
